v  v     If you have a large number of shoebox gifts to deliver, please CALL AHEAD to set a date for dropping off shoeboxes. 715 340 0609

v  v Woodlands Church participants will have a designated table in the church foyer at which to drop off their shoebox(es). Woodlands participants may bring in their gift shoeboxes any Sunday in November – no later than NOVEMBER 20 - or during the Collection Center hours for the general public. The Collection Center hours for the general public will be posted on the glass entrance doors of the church.

v  v     Please AVOID using Plastic containers whenever possible - they crack in the cold weather during shipping, and are difficult to pack in the shipping cartons.

v  v     The LID must be WRAPPED SEPERATELY from the shoebox bottom. Use only ONE strong RUBBERBAND and NO RIBBONS OR STRING to secure the box.

v  v     Use the guidelines listed in the Operation Christmas Child pamphlet for items to pack in the shoeboxes. (Filling the shoeboxes). If you have any questions, please call the Coordinator. She will be happy to make suggestions. Woodlands participants may pick up a "suggested items list" at the OCC display table in the church foyer.

v  v     If you wish to help support the cost of shipping, please use a personal check (NOT CASH) made out to Samaritan's Purse for your donation and place the check inside the Operation Christmas Child (or other, marked ) envelope. A minimum of $7 is suggested. Place this envelope inside a shoebox -ON TOP of the packed items. Envelopes inserted along the sides of the shoebox or under the packed items may not be found by the Processing Center in Minneapolis before shipping the shoeboxes overseas.

v  vAfter November 23, all gift shoeboxes not received by the Collection Center at the time of closing will need to be mailed directly to:
